INTERNAL RULES

Introduction:

Thank you for choosing us for your vacation.
Your accommodation is composed of bedding, crockery, bed linen and bathroom linen as well as decoration.
As soon as you enter the accommodation, do not hesitate to report any defect (cleanliness, damage to equipment, etc.) within 24 hours.

Security deposit:
A deposit of €250 will be requested upon your arrival and will be returned to you 15 days after your departure, if the departure instructions are respected.

General safety instructions:

As guests, we cannot be held responsible for theft, loss or damage to the accommodation, outside or in the parking lot.
Likewise, in your absence do not leave household or electrical appliances on.
Please do not leave children or animals unsupervised in the rental or at the seaside.

Use of the premises and respect for the equipment:

Throughout your stay, you must respect the premises. You will make good use of the equipment and maintain the accommodation to leave it in perfect general condition upon your departure.
In the event of an accident or breakage, it is your responsibility to inform the owners before your departure.

Non-smoking accommodation:

The Residence is a non-smoking area. It is therefore strictly prohibited to smoke or vape inside the accommodation.
An ashtray is available outside the property.
Please do not leave cigarette butts in the garden, terrace and parking lot.

Household waste management:

A trash can is available in the kitchen and bathroom to allow you to throw away your daily waste.
The containers are located outside the residence parking lot on your right with the possibility of sorting.

Hours of quiet and respect for the neighborhood:

We thank you for respecting the neighborhood and not making noise between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.

Departure from rental:

The residence authorizes departures until 10:00 a.m., please respect this time.
The receptionist will come and take stock of the situation and you will then have to leave your accommodation.
For early morning departures, it will be agreed upon check-in to meet at 6 p.m. at your accommodation the day before your departure.
You are asked to be present to take stock of the situation.
Please notify us of any changes (boat delays, flight cancellations, etc.) the day before your departure as soon as possible.

Instructions on the day of your departure:

We ask you to throw all your trash into the containers located to the right at the exit from the residence parking lot.
To empty the refrigerator,
Do not leave any food or cooking products (spices, oil, salt, pepper, etc.) in the accommodation.
Linen bags will be made available to place used bed and bathroom linen.
If we notice that the accommodation is not left in a generally correct summer, that the instructions are not respected, we may withhold part of your deposit for the cleaning fee which will be exceeded (i.e. more than 2 hours, billing €25 / additional hour).

Sanction for violation of the internal regulations:

In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations by the tenant, the owners reserve the right to apply appropriate sanctions:

● In the event of damage or breakage, noted in the inventory of items taken out, the items must be replaced identically or reimbursed to the owner.
● If the cleaning carried out by travelers does not meet minimum hygiene standards, they will be billed for additional cleaning and maintenance hours.
